Rong Rong transmigrates into a book and becomes a magically gifted competitive athlete. There, she meets her lifelong nemesis, Kalilomiu.
One man and one woman, one Western and one Chinese. Ever since they first competed at fourteen, the world champion and runner-up in their age group have alternated between the two of them.
Kalilomiu is elegant and proud, hailed as a golden-blooded magical aristocrat.
Rong Rong is sharp in competition and adorably absent-minded off the field, known as the world champion with the most striking contrast between her two sides.
The two are both rivals and friends, until a bizarre accident turns them into cats at the same time.
When her rival turns into a cat, Rong Rong discovers that even as a cat, the golden aristocrat is still so very golden!
And Kalilomiu discovers that the natural airhead is still just as clueless as a cat.
"Teacher Kal, you've got a little poop stuck to your butt."
"Old Kal, hold it in. Don't yowl, or they'll take you away to get snipped."
"A-Kal, are you itchy? Want me to lick you? Since we're cats now, we should help each other out."
Once they turn back into humans, Rong Rong finds her green-eyed, blond nemesis pinning her against a wall and asking:
"Still want to help each other out?"
An alternate modern setting where magic and technology coexist.
