Recruit a few spirit ghosts to work in your place, and tell them if they do a good job, you'll bring them to Heaven and make them deities too.] [2. When you see your colleagues, tell them you're a newbie. Say you just started, and you don't know, can't do it, and have no idea.] [3. When you see your subordinates, pretend you trust them. Say you believe in them and feel at ease leaving things to them.] [4. If someone reports you to a higher immortal, say it was your first time, you were temporarily possessed, and your ancestor told you it was okay.] [5.
