But then she realized that the Uchiha had their limits.

So she didn't want to be love-struck anymore.

Perhaps her wish was so strong that the gods heard her prayer.

When she woke up one day, she discovered that she had become a man, and that the person who had once been the man of her dreams had become her biological younger brother.

Basically, Uchiha Itachi transmigrates into Sakura, and Sakura transmigrates into Uchiha Itachi.

(It's combined with the Sakura from my previous story, but Itachi has no CP.)
