The Pomegranate Consort (Time-Traveling to the Qing Dynasty)

A little pomegranate spirit obsessed with Qing-dynasty transmigration novels transmigrates one day and becomes the sixteenth-born girl in the Wuyai family. On the day she is born, the pomegranate tree in the courtyard bursts into bloom, its fragrance spreading for miles. At thirteen, Wuyai Shiliu fantasizes about the Kangxi Emperor from her novels, rubs her hands together excitedly, and dashes off to become a palace maid. The little pomegranate spirit has magical powers: she grows the palace plants lush and strong, and makes herself delicate and beautiful. More than ten years later, Consort Wuyai holds a handsome little boy in her left hand and an adorable little boy in her right, with a little girl trailing behind her, and another little rascal tucked in her belly. The other imperial consorts are unconvinced. Why can this woman have so many children and stay favored all the time? Wuyai Shiliu covers her mouth and giggles. "Because I'm a pomegranate! Lots of seeds means lots of blessings!" Kangxi's eyes darken. "My beloved consort is so beautiful, and such a bringer of good fortune!" 1.
