Miyano Haruka was bound to a warmth-delivery System, and her first draw hit the jackpot: her nemesis, Dazai Osamu. If she broke the bond, she'd drop dead on the spot. To stay alive, she had no choice but to show him humanitarian kindness. And so...

Dazai Osamu jumped into a river, and Miyano Haruka went to save him;

Dazai Osamu ran out of money, and Miyano Haruka stole their friend Nakahara Chuuya's wallet for him;

Dazai Osamu hurled insults at his new subordinate, Akutagawa Ryuunosuke, and Miyano Haruka whispered devilish threats to Akutagawa;

Over time, a rumor spread throughout the Port Mafia that Miyano Haruka was hopelessly in love with Dazai Osamu.

Repeat a lie a thousand times and it becomes the truth. As rumors ran wild and he was branded a newly minted scumbag who toyed with people's feelings, Dazai made his position clear: There was no way he liked her, not in this lifetime.

But the distance between a crash and falling hard was only one step.

On the eve of his defection, Dazai Osamu sought out Miyano Haruka and confidently invited her to leave with him.

Miyano Haruka replied: In your dreams. There's no way I like you, not in this lifetime.

Dazai Osamu: ...???
