[The Outcast] 'Never Quite Lovers' Dedicated to 'Fifty Shades of Blue'

Reader's Guide:

1. Based on The Outcast. CP: Qing Ye. No switching or reversing roles; they have mutual feelings but haven't said so.

2. This little story is a tribute to the Bilibili video editor Dian Chunyi (Zhang Dachuang) and their work Fifty Shades of Qing. Because the writer has certain preferences for ABO settings, the fox is a strong Alpha and Lao Wang is a fake Omega who is actually a Beta, rather than the Alpha/Omega pairing in Teacher Chuang's Fifty Shades of Qing. The author was informed of this setting and gave permission.

3. The writer only likes sweet stories and can't handle angst. Some mishaps happened while writing, though, and the whole thing fell apart. In the end, it merged with another of Teacher Chuang's works, Love, Not Quite Yet, so I couldn't fully capture the original flavor of the video's Fifty Shades references. Please forgive me.

4. Some typos are intentional, including homophones. Also, the post-finale rant is at the end.

5. The full story is about 23,000 words of steamy action, available on the Qing Ye Forum. They won't let me post it here anyway.
