The Expert’s Thousand-Layered Tricks [Online Game]

Blurb

On the first day rookie gamer Tang Zhi enters the game, she fumbles while trying to catch a pet and accidentally binds the expert who had kindly been teaching her how to play as her follower.

Tang Zhi: QAQ I'm doomed. I repaid kindness with betrayal.

She trembles with fear, but the expert not only doesn't get mad, he even teaches her how to play. Tang Zhi is instantly carried to victory.

Tang Zhi: Sob, the expert is such a good person. I feel even guiltier.

Much later, after they've gotten together, Tang Zhi discovers that the binding was really just a game bug someone had exploited, and that he'd been “plotting to win her over” all along.

Tang Zhi, furious: You tricked me!

Qin Yue pulls her into his arms and chuckles.

How else was I supposed to win you over?
