Cute Violation

The first time Cheng Wenyuan saw Fang Yuanxing, the boy was hiding shyly behind someone like a little rabbit. His almond-shaped eyes sparkled, his small, round, pale face had a red nose, and he blinked as he spoke in a slow, soft voice.

Cheng Wenyuan frowned as he looked at the boy who would be his younger brother.

When the new semester began, people noticed that the hot-tempered, good-for-nothing school bully Cheng Wenyuan seemed to have changed.

In class

Fang Yuanxing cautiously poked the arm of Cheng Wenyuan, who was sleeping with his head down. "I don't know how to do this problem."

It was the first time anyone had dared wake Cheng Wenyuan while he was asleep. Everyone held their breath, expecting the school bully to lose his temper.

Instead, Cheng Wenyuan irritably ran a hand through his hair, woke up, and tossed him a reference book. "If you can't figure it out, I'll find someone to teach you later."

After school

Fang Yuanxing hugged his schoolbag and tugged at Cheng Wenyuan, who was about to go pick a fight. He lowered his head, then looked up at him and said softly, "I want to go home."

So Cheng Wenyuan gave up on the fight and dutifully got on his bicycle to take him home.

Whenever Cheng Wenyuan saw Fang Yuanxing's face, he felt an urge to squeeze him into a ball because he was so cute, then make him his boyfriend. Every time, though, he thought he was being a real bastard and stopped himself in time.

Until he saw Fang Yuanxing walking and laughing with the top student in their grade.

Cheng Wenyuan was unbearably irritated. "Damn it, I hadn't even made a move yet, and that bastard beat me to it."

At last, he resolved to work hard and change himself, hoping to win Fang Yuanxing's favor.

Late at night, Cheng Wenyuan fell asleep on a desk piled with exams, still clutching a pen.

Fang Yuanxing tiptoed over to tidy his desk, curled his lips into a smile, and gently kissed his cheek.
