Five years ago, a series of murders in Wenshan City caused a sensation. Yan Chu was overseas undergoing rehabilitative surgery when he rushed back. The plane's windshield suddenly cracked, causing it to crash. No one survived.
Five years later, Yan Chu, who should have been nothing but bones by now, wakes up in a private hospital in Wenshan City's Binhai New District. Just as everyone thinks he's vanished without a trace, he suddenly reappears, resumes his official post, and assists with the investigation.
A melodramatic plot, no culture, no refinement. Any resemblance is purely coincidental!
A desireless and detached receiver who fears nothing because he has technically died once, versus an all-around, tough-as-nails, shameless, super-rich top who throws money around and courts death.
Includes an ABO setting and a series of original worldbuilding elements.
