The Embroidered Garment Patrol

The Nanrong family once swore to serve the royal house of Nantang with their lives. For generations, the heads of the Nanrong family have guarded the imperial mausoleums, commanding a secret army belonging to the royal family. Each family member holds an important post. Nanrong Danshu serves as an Embroidered Envoy. In Nantang, Embroidered Envoys wield immense authority. They can prosecute officials and nobles, command the Six Armies and Twelve Guards, and carry out executions on the spot. Though young, Nanrong Danshu holds a high position. He always wears a mask to conceal his face. There are many rumors about his appearance, but no one has ever seen his face. The Ninth Prince of the capital, Yun Jiuqing, is a dazzling, flamboyant beauty. Rumor has it that he was born to the late emperor and a foreign princess. Others say he has designs on the throne. The mysterious disappearance of the young emperor, Zhao Jinghan, brings these two together. When the crafty, carefree prince meets a loyal and long-suffering court official, Yun Jiuqing accidentally removes the mask of Murong Danshu. This taciturn, cold-faced, cold-hearted man turns out to have a peerlessly beautiful face that could enchant the world. 1. A historical mystery and adventure 2. Theatrical, beautiful top x aloof, even more beautiful bottom 3. One-on-one, happy ending, both are each other's first This is a fictional setting with no connection to any historical dynasty. I consulted a few sources for the Embroidered Envoy's position, but I just like the term. Theme: Persevere through adversity, take control of your own destiny, and realize your value in life.
