This Hero Is Obviously Overpowered, Yet He Only Wants to Build Infrastructure

The max-level, all-class hero

accidentally transmigrates back to the beginner village,

to the very beginning of it all.

There are two paths before him:

[Slay the dragon] or [Level up]

Hero: I'll choose neither. Why not develop the beginner village and lead everyone to prosperity?

The evil dragon knows the hero is its destined nemesis,

so it decides to head to the beginner village early and eliminate this great threat.

Who could have guessed that after arriving, the dragon would enjoy such good food and comfortable living that its quality of life soared and it gained several tons without even noticing?

Hero: Did I raise a pet, or some kind of ancestor?!

An overpowered hero who loves building things x an overpowered evil dragon who loves acting cute

Theme: Build things and develop the productive forces.
