After Getting Revenge on the System, I Went from Broke to Rich

Shi Yuanwei was incredibly unlucky.

Her boyfriend told her this story:

I was the CEO of an investment company, but I was sabotaged by a treacherous schemer. My subordinates abandoned me, the shareholders drove me out, and they even stole my position as CEO. Given another chance at life, all I want is to take back my company...

Shi Yuanwei: I know. The next line is, "Vivo50, buy me a Crazy Thursday feast and listen to my revenge plan!"

Her boyfriend looked completely serious. "No. I just need a Host to accept my money-making missions. The Host can complete each mission by making money with the funds provided by the System. That'll help me get revenge, humiliate my enemies, and make a comeback!"

Shi Yuanwei thought: ? So you got to know me and fell in love with me just to use me as a tool?

Well, I have a face-slapping revenge plan of my own: I'll lose all the money invested by the System, tank your performance, make you miss your bonus, and ensure you never get to be CEO again!

Making money is hard, but losing it can't be, right? I'll just throw together some random 4399 mini-game to fool the System...

Then, somehow, her halfhearted creation became a hit.

Unwilling to accept that her plan had failed, Shi Yuanwei kept trying, even after repeated failures. She experimented with niche competitive games, comedy games that ruined the horror atmosphere, dating sims with scripts written by her feet...

Yet every attempt only made the balance in her account skyrocket, and her plan to get revenge on her boyfriend seemed further and further out of reach...

Get away from me, you damned bills! Can't I successfully lose money just once? Shi Yuanwei stared at the incoming payments and cried out to the heavens in despair.
