Xu Mu, the actor who'd been known since his debut for having a "you can pair me with anyone" aura, was mercilessly mocked by haters from every corner: What a pairing addict. He even dares go after Ji Xichen? Does he think he's somebody?

But at that very moment, CEO Xi posted on Weibo and tagged Xu Mu: "I suit you, but I'm an old ox eating young grass."

The haters: What's going on? Isn't that the title of one of their fan-edit pairing videos?

Xu Mu replied online: "I've been reborn. I'm the old ox, and you're the young grass."

The haters: What? Isn't that another one of their fan-edit pairing videos?

The host asked, "What's the secret to playing these kinds of roles?"

Xu Mu smiled innocently. "I wouldn't call it a secret. I'm just playing myself."

The audience thought he was joking and laughed.

The haters were already preparing for their next round of attacks: All he knows how to do is act cool!

Then, three days later, Xu Mu joined forces with the authorities to reveal a long-buried secret about the entertainment industry!

The audience, fans, and former haters: This calls for a celebration! What a gorgeous psycho! We love him!
