Nine-year-old Lu Hanchuan and Li Qingchen were lying on Li Qingchen's bedroom floor, playing with toy trains.

Li Qingchen watched as the pile of cards Lu Hanchuan had won kept growing, while the cards in his own hand dwindled. He started to panic.

He puckered his little lips and suddenly pecked Lu Hanchuan on the cheek.

"If I kiss you once, Big Brother, will you give me ten cards?"

Lu Hanchuan's face flushed by turns. After a long pause, he counted out twenty cards from his hand and gave them to Li Qingchen.

"Can you kiss me once more on the other cheek? I'll give you twenty."

Mini-scene two:

When fourteen-year-old Li Qingchen and Lu Hanchuan were playing ball on the school field, Li Qingchen showed off in front of the girls watching by lifting his shirt to wipe the sweat from his forehead. Really, he was sneaking in a chance to show off his abs.

Lu Hanchuan saw him and got a little angry, but didn't say so.

Li Qingchen was completely baffled and couldn't figure out why Brother Chuan was mad. Still, he had to go and coax him. He cared about him, after all.
