Tao Zhang never expected to run into his high school classmate Wang Mingzhi again, years after graduation. Back in school, Wang had been every teacher's favorite, while Tao Zhang was exactly what his name suggested: practically born to collect debts. He never imagined that, ten years later, the exemplary Wang would be reduced to borrowing money from the notorious Tao.
Looking at the man standing before him with such a humble attitude, Tao Zhang remembered how, after evening study hall all those years ago, Wang had shoved an umbrella into his hands before running out into the rain. He decided that this money... absolutely could not be lent.
