A Fake Laid-Back Character Following the Plot

As a freelancer with a steady income, Ming Jiayin was very happy with her life as it was. But one day, she woke up and discovered that she had transmigrated! She had become a cannon-fodder character or a passerby whose ending was neither good nor bad. Should she just follow the plot, or avoid all the grudges and feuds? Only later did she realize that the book she'd read must have been fake! And the plot of this book was way too deep when applied to real life! (The love interest is not the male lead from the book mentioned.) There is no real book this is based on. The lousy author is terrible at naming things, so if any names overlap, don't read anything into it... Theme: Life is full of hidden dangers, so be careful!
