This Brocade-Clad Guard Is Clearly the Strongest, Yet He Keeps a Low Profile

Justice-loving bottom x utterly evil top [Blurb] A Sword Immortal who despised evil vowed to rid the world of every villain. Yet just as he was about to complete his mission and ascend, the Heavenly Dao mercilessly cast him down. Reborn as the fool Yun Chuhan, he arrived in the Great Jing Dynasty, where corrupt officials ran rampant and the people lived in misery. To support his family, the Sword Immortal had no choice but to take up his late elder brother's post in the Embroidered Uniform Guard. But while he buried himself in hard work each day, his immediate superior, Yuan Fengjing, kept crossing every line in the book. "The deaths of commoners are of no consequence." "Trading one man's life for the emperor's pleasure is worth it." "Only you, me, Heaven, and Earth know about this case. If you don't betray me, no one will know I'm the real culprit." And so Yun Chuhan gained a new daily cultivation exercise: How to keep himself from killing Yuan Fengjing. * Yuan Fengjing, Commander of the Embroidered Uniform Guard, had a jade-like face and a snake's heart. He fawned on the powerful, and his hands were stained with the lives of countless innocents. He was the most despised traitor in the Jing Dynasty. He believed neither in Heaven and Earth nor in moral principles, only in making things happen through his own efforts. He had clawed his way up from the lowest depths, until one day he saw a familiar figure in white, face veiled, wielding a flying sword to strike down the world's corrupt villains. From then on, he couldn't take his eyes off that figure. But the man said: "Lord Yuan, I'm just an ordinary officer." "When this case happened, I was at home eating." "You're joking, sir. I'm just a commoner. My greatest wish is for my family to have enough to eat and wear. How could I have anything to do with the assassination of the emperor?" And so Yuan Fengjing also gained a daily research topic: How to provoke Yun Chuhan and expose his disguise. Cutoff date: December 29, 2019 Expected to begin posting after the 2022 Lunar New Year 1. Content notes: Beautiful and strong characters. The top is prettier than the bottom, but the bottom is stronger than the top. The bottom is the only naturally gifted Sword Immortal in the entire story, and has little to do with cultivation. 2. Happy ending, no angst (trust me!). This blurb is a temporary replacement. Martial arts, case-solving, and political intrigue, borrowing from the Ming Dynasty's official system. The history is fictional, so please don't scrutinize it too much. 3.
