At first,
Cicadas chirred beneath the camphor tree outside. Ye Bo tipped his chin toward the street to indicate that the other person should look.
The boy followed his gaze, unconvinced. He frowned, his face full of confusion.
Ye Bo said, "See the proprietress across the street? Curvy, with a smoking-hot figure. A total knockout that any straight guy would like, right?"
The boy furrowed his brows, unable to see what his question had to do with any of that.
Ye Bo chuckled, twirling a pen between his fingers. His lazy voice carried a touch of amusement and a note of nonchalance. "You were wondering why my old man kicked me out, weren't you? Well, that's why."
"By comparison, I'm more interested in the delivery guy next to her."
Watching the boy, who had been wiping down the tattoo chair, go rigid and give him a complicated look, Ye Bo couldn't help bursting into laughter.
Later on,
Ye Bo never could have imagined that this kid would pin him down on that very tattoo chair. Well...
"Ow, take it easy!" He turned his head, his expression fierce. The person behind him glanced at him, smiled faintly, and bent down to peck him on the lips. "Master, don't move, or the ink might blur when I'm lining it. Be good!"
As a tattoo artist who had been in the business for six years and made a name for himself, Ye Bo was an unexpectedly unusual sight: not a single tattoo on his entire body. That is, until a mark was tattooed at the small of his back.
"Once a brand is etched into the skin, it becomes a bond. And once a person has a bond, they can no longer take a single step freely."
But now, you are my bond.
[I'll carve you into my skin, fix you in my heart, and let you flow through my blood.]
This is my beloved story, one I've wanted to write for so long. If it sounds good to you, feel free to bookmark it. I'll build up a stock of chapters first. I might write two stories at once next time, or I might start this as my third book. For now, I'll save up chapters.
1. Younger top.
2. This is my beloved story. I'll write it no matter what, and I'll finish it.
3. ...That's it. I'll build up a stock of chapters first.
