The Heavenly Realm's God of War, Yue Ming, followed the Emperor down to the mortal world. She had intended to win the Emperor's heart, but never expected to give her own to the Demon Realm's Crown Prince instead.
Reader's Guide:
1. The heroine is a slightly guilty-hearted flirt. (Actually, she's very devoted.)
2. The hero isn't a good person. He likes sticking close to the heroine and isn't at all macho.
3. The first part takes place in the mortal world, and the later part is a story about gods and demons.
The author's completed books in this series are Saving the Tragic, Twisted Black Lotus and I Picked Up a Big Demon from a Pile of Corpses. Feel free to check them out.
Upcoming book: Embracing His Darkness. Please add it to your reading list!
1. Lin Ran first met Lu Chen on a blazing summer afternoon, on a mountain in a remote corner of S City.
The tall, slender boy wore a plain white undershirt, revealing his strong arms. The cheap fabric was soaked with sweat and clung tightly to his back, giving him no chance to catch his breath.
The boy's face was dark red from the sun as he bent over, focused on cutting rapeseed plants covering the mountain. By chance, he turned and saw the young girl who had wandered into the wrong place. Lu Chen's heart lurched, then burned as fiercely as the sun overhead.
One accidental glance was enough to make Lu Chen fall for her.
2. Lu Chen grew up in poverty in the mountains, supporting his whole family and taking on the responsibilities of the household at a young age. Though still young, he had an old soul and rarely spoke. Just standing there, he made people reluctant to approach.
But Lin Ran was willing to bring water to the boy working in the fields and rise onto her tiptoes to wipe his sweat with a clean handkerchief.
Dappled sunlight filled the boy's ink-dark eyes, kindling a hint of tenderness in his smile.
3. Summer vacation passed in a flash, and Lin Ran left the mountains with her suitcase. Lu Chen stood at the mountain pass. He knew he could no longer live without the sunshine.
1. The hero grows up wild and unrestrained, like a weed. He hasn't had much formal education, so don't judge him by the standards of a civilized person.
2. The heroine is a beautiful, wealthy girl from a scholarly family. The hero is a poor boy from a humble background.
3. Sweet, swoony, and heartwarming.
Theme: Even in darkness, believe in the light. Believe in love and goodness, and hold on to the right values.
I really want to kill this piece of shit Li Yuan
What qualifications does Chu Ci have to ask Yue Ming? Isn't he?
I don't know why, but I always feel that the relationship between the male and female protagonists is so tiring. When will these two achieve success? . . The rhythm of abuse is about to start again. . .
Refresh! Still like it very much
I like the author's writing
Good-looking(??ω??)??
I still want to read the story of Luna!
Idiot: No wonder there is a confusion of seniority. I treat you as a brother, but you want to be my uncle.
Yes, the plot is quite attractive
I've finished reading it. I want sweet love, crying, and a happy ending.
