Sweet Serenity

Nie Ke was once bullied by a gang of thugs. Someone rescued him, but left after giving him only a name.

When they met again, Nie Ke took his injured older brother to the infirmary and recognized the school's rumored delinquent doctor as the person who had saved him.

So Nie Ke began repaying his debt.

Ding Xianning, the one being repaid: You call it repaying a debt, but really you want to hit on me?

Ding Xianning had only saved Nie Ke on a whim. Who knew that once the kid latched on, he would never leave?

He claimed he was repaying a debt, but then he would bring Ding Xianning homemade lunch, give him potted plants, and even offer to clean his home.

Ding Xianning didn't believe for a second this was repayment. It was obviously an attempt to pursue him.

But Ding Xianning didn't want to date a kid, so he did everything he could to drive him away.

Until the kid really left. Then Ding Xianning couldn't get used to it and wanted him to keep "repaying his debt."

Nie Ke: Uncle Ding, you're right. I should focus on my studies, so unless it's important, don't contact me.
