A Strange Spirit by My Pillow

While escorting ghosts to reincarnation and catching them in his daily work, spirit guide Bai Ruinian takes on an unusual job. A soul has been wandering the world for six years without reincarnating or becoming resentful and harming anyone. As Bai Ruinian matches wits with the ghost, he discovers that the fellow is as timid as a mouse, all bluster, and hardly ghostly at all. After an accident, the two enter into a caretaker arrangement. From then on, Bai Ruinian has no choice but to take his now-grown "little ghost" along to work.
