He had slender, foxlike eyes and a handsome face. A smile that was half mocking and half amused always lingered at the corners of his mouth, making it impossible to guess what kind of person he was.
Hearing her words, he curved his lips into that same smile and sighed. "This governor is missing someone dear by his side. I wonder if Miss Yao would be willing?"
