He looked at his script: a melodramatic, everyone-loves-me romance. He was to play a cannon-fodder villain who fawned over the protagonist gong every day, only to be scorned and killed off in a single episode.

Mu Chen said it was no problem, that it would be easy, until he met the top-ranking big shot in the script, the protagonist gong's adoptive father.

The big-shot NPC had a face similar to the interstellar Emperor's. Unlike the real Emperor, who was cold and aloof, he lifted his head and stared at Mu Chen with dark eyes.

"Why did you betray me?"

"Because it was fun, right?"
