The Herbivore Wolf

Mr. Wolf isn't very popular in a world of carnivores. Everyone says he's a cowardly, useless wolf.

When he was still in school, both wolves from his own pack and other carnivores liked to bully and ostracize him.

He's more like a dog than a wolf.

He doesn't talk much. When he smiles, he's shy and gentle, and he likes to hide in the bushes and share lunch with stray cats.

After graduating, he got new papers and moved to the herbivore territory to live alone. He likes those gentle herbivores.

Later, he adopted a little lamb.

The lamb was timid and afraid of the dark, and often ran to his room at night to sleep with him. The lamb showed his affection by licking Mr. Wolf's face, fingertips, and lips.

Then he adopted a little rabbit.

The rabbit was an adorable little boy with milky-white hair. He loved the carrot lunches Mr. Wolf made and listening to his bedtime stories.

The rabbit's dream was to grow taller than Mr. Wolf.

That way, Mr. Wolf wouldn't have to bend down to kiss him.

He also adopted a little hedgehog.

The hedgehog was a boy with brown hair who always managed to get himself dirty and disheveled. He was always so awkward, wanting Mr. Wolf's attention but stubbornly avoiding the hand reaching out to him.

Later, Mr. Wolf discovered that once herbivores grew up, they somehow seemed even more carnivorous than he was.

What exactly had he done wrong in raising them?
