My Hero Academia Fanfiction: Stranger

*An extra-long Shoto Todoroki x Chihong Chumi story.

*BG romance. Chihong is the original female lead, and is Chihong Xueran's younger sister.

*Quirk: Blood manipulation. It is powerful, but places an unusually heavy strain on the body.

*Personal setting: The Chihong siblings live in Kyoto Prefecture.

*My story progresses slowly, and the characters are wildly out of character.

*If you've made it this far and still want to keep reading, then...

*Our journey begins.
