Moonlit Obsession

A world that mirrors and opposes the real world exists: the Mirror World. There, the moon rules over all things. The Mirror World is divided into five realms: The Kingdom of Spring, Ailing; The Kingdom of Summer, Selotus; The Kingdom of Autumn, Orlandel; The Kingdom of Winter, Diloya; and the world’s center, where it is always daytime: Meli. A passage connects the Mirror World to the real world: a moon-white tree at the center of Meli’s capital. The story takes place in one corner of the Mirror World: Orlandel. Faris Lan Lot, Orlandel, young lord of the Lotdese Wetlands. Samir Loren, Orlandel, lord of the Holy Loren Valley. Kailansa Loset, Orlandel, young lord of the Border Plains. In the year 2075 of the Moon God calendar, the noble youths of Orlandel suddenly received a decree from the imperial palace, ordering noble boys and girls aged ten to sixteen to travel to the capital, Oxydeen, to compete for the imperial succession. The youths gathered in a gilded cage. But events took a sinister turn. Trials, blood, conspiracies, a massive magic circle. Summons, puppets, dark magicians, and companions who had been replaced. Who is the butcher, and who is the lamb? “Hey, let’s overthrow the Orlandel dynasty together.” P.S. The male lead has a very warped sense of right and wrong. He seems gentle and harmless, but he’s actually a deranged, sinister type. He’s great at acting cute and even better at snarking. (Not really.) That’s all. I’m planning to overhaul this story from the beginning. I can’t stand any of the old stuff anymore, OTL. Please spare me.
