After his latest foster parents take eleven-year-old Billy to England, he escapes from his boarding school for the third time, only to get a face full of owl dropping out of the sky.

Hagrid, who came to collect him and take him to school, is pretty put out, too.

Who knew the Ministry of Magic expected teachers to take care of orphaned young wizards’ housing arrangements while they were at it?

Don’t you think we should get paid double for this? Huh?!

And then Billy goes and gets together with their youngest son.

When he comes back, he can put on a secret identity and make big things happen.
