My new novel, Backup No More, is now available.
Lin Chutang falls for a man nine years older than her.
Jiang Qiyun is gentle, rich, and has a pair of flirtatious eyes. When he smiles, he’s pure temptation.
Lin Chutang knows how to pout and act cute well enough to make anyone’s heart skip a beat. She smoothly becomes Jiang Qiyun’s girlfriend and even saves him in her phone as “Uncle Jiang.”
Jiang Qiyun is very controlling, and has a whole repertoire of “dad talk”:
“Get first place in the dance competition and I’ll buy you a Birkin.”
“Get a 4.0 GPA this semester and I’ll take you to Sri Lanka.”
???
I take you for my boyfriend, but you want to be my dad? I’d better show you what a bad girl can do, before you start thinking you’re an amazing “little daddy.”
I’m out of here.

Until a senior family member’s birthday banquet, where a mysterious guest shows up.
Her family takes her over. “This is Uncle Jiang. He just got back from Germany. Say hello.”
Jiang Qiyun sits on the sofa chatting with people, the center of attention. He lazily taps away his ash, his deep eyes captivating.
Lin Chutang’s legs go weak with fright: “…” Can I just not say hello?
Help! What do I do after seducing an older family friend?
Serious tycoon x girl with a PhD in dirty talk

#First time for both#
#Male lead is 27, female lead is 18.#
#The male lead really does try to discipline the female lead early on, and later he has to suffer for it a bit.#
#Fictional characters’ values do not represent the author’s. The leads are not paragons of virtue, and both are schemers. Readers with high moral standards, please stay away.#
One thing: this novel is me letting loose, and I can’t flag every potential issue for everyone. Those who get it will understand what I’m trying to write. If it’s not for you, there are plenty of other great novels on JJ, so don’t waste your money on this flop.
My one suggestion is to buy it one chapter at a time. Don’t buy the whole thing at once. (Please don’t mention this novel elsewhere, either.)

My next novel, Backup No More, is coming soon. Please add it to your collection.
Ming Zhan stayed by Xie Yousi’s side for three years, helping him through depression, weathering the whole internet turning against him, and watching him rise back to the top-tier star status.
Xie Yousi is cold by nature and never publicly acknowledged her. Ming Zhan once naively thought he was protecting her.
Until a photo of him embracing another woman at the airport trended online, and she realized she was only his backup.
She was done!
Xie Yousi scoffed. “She likes me. She’ll come crawling back before long.”
But nothing happened. Xie Yousi began to get restless. “She hasn’t said she’s coming back?”
“No. She debuted on her own.” His assistant smiled. “She’s more popular than you now, and she has more devoted mom-fans than you have girlfriend-fans. The rich, handsome guys lining up to pursue her stretch all the way to France!”
Xie Yousi panicked.

At first, plenty of people waited for the little white flower to make a fool of herself.
Six months later, the low-budget drama Wow, the Empress Is Back! unexpectedly became a hit. Ming Zhan played an impressive and adorable empress, giving the awful male lead a verbal smackdown:
Cantonese expert, level ten: “You little brat! Believe me, I’ll take a dump right on your crown!”
Shanghai dialect expert, level ten: “You idiot, are you out of your mind?”
Northeastern dialect expert, level ten: “You silly little thing...”
With her pure beauty and incredible command of her lines, Ming Zhan became famous across the country, winning countless fans and cries of “Aaaah, our girl is so cute!”
People also noticed a secret: her acting was so good for a first-timer, as if she were playing herself.
Was she really taking a dig at someone from the heart?!
A torrential downpour hit the night of the wrap party. Xie Yousi pinned Ming Zhan against the car door, eyes red, and asked, “You really don’t want me anymore?”
Ming Zhan looked coldly at him. “Don’t try to make me feel sorry for you. That won’t work on me.”
The male lead is still Xie Yousi.
If you’re sick of the groveling-after-the-breakup trope and “red-eyed heartbreak” stories, please give this one a pass. It’s full of melodramatic tropes, but the author really just wants to indulge herself.
Theme: Growing up
I basically read it word for word... Because it is so similar to my real experience.
