Stop Pretending

Everyone knows that the Qiao family's two sisters have a terrible relationship. They're like fire and water.

You'd never hear Qiao Yuan say anything nice about Duan Mian.

"Pretty? She's just adopted. I'm the biological one."

"Capable? She's only a department head. I'm the general manager."

No one knows that Qiao Yuan has a habit of keeping a diary, and it's filled with over-the-top praise for Duan Mian:

How can Duan Mian look so beautiful? I can't let some man trick her away.

Duan Mian looks so captivating when she's cool and composed in meetings. I really want to hand the company over to her

She was writing another round of effusive praise when someone suddenly appeared behind her. A faint, sweet fragrance drifted to her nose. "Why do you pretend to hate me?"

When Qiao Yuan met Duan Mian's cool, clear eyes, even her haughty heiress airs vanished in shock. "Y-You're talking nonsense!"

Duan Mian pressed her lips to Qiao Yuan's, her voice alluring. "Are you going to keep pretending, Sister?"
