The Tyrant Forces His Pregnant Imperial Sister to Marry Him

Feng Chun followed the late Emperor Yuan Jun's final decree and helped the new emperor, Yuan Hong, ascend the throne. The emperor was her cousin. Now that his wings had grown strong, the day she would have to relinquish power was approaching. Yet she found herself missing Yuan Jun more and more. She had loved her cousin back then, but they had never become husband and wife. Now she had set her sights on Gao Cheng, a scholar at court who looked much like the late emperor. In her bedroom, they shared a tender moment. When he closed his eyes, she thought he looked even more like Yuan Jun. Only when Yuan Hong burst in and stabbed him to death right in front of her did her beautiful dream shatter completely. Looking at her lover lying dead in a pool of blood, she was overcome with grief, and even more so with fury. She demanded to know how the emperor could execute a minister on a whim. But Yuan Hong seemed even more enraged than she was. His fury blazing, he said, "Why him? I'm the one who looks most like my brother!" She was stunned. He even dared to embrace her, whining, "Cousins can marry. You could accept Gao Cheng, so why can't you accept me?" Feng Chun was thunderstruck. She had never imagined the boy secretly harbored such feelings for her. She quickly pushed him away and gave him a resounding slap. Yuan Hong was furious. He confined her to her residence and forbade her from going out as she pleased. Not long afterward, Yuan Hong's first son was born. Who knew what that boy had done, but rumors were suddenly everywhere. Although she was confined, people said she had given birth to the little prince for Yuan Hong. They even claimed her sudden "illness," which kept her from ruling from behind the curtain, was because she had just given birth and was in confinement! It was absolutely horrifying! Feng Chun was so shocked that she couldn't get over it for several days. Once she had gradually accepted the reality and calmed down, she began to think of a way out. She couldn't stay locked up here forever, and she also had to worry that he might come to her bed at any moment. Her hands clenched tighter and tighter, her long, sharp nails digging painfully into her flesh. She flung her sleeves and stood up, her willow-shaped brows drawn in anger, then ordered a eunuch to deliver a message to the emperor. "Go tell that beast to get his ass over here and see me! I have something to discuss with him!" Theme: Always strive to improve
