One girl told a story about a romantic guardian spirit...
That spirit belongs only to you. It stays with you through the darkest hours before dawn, bears witness to your weakness and your shame, and shares your joys and sorrows. Whenever you turn around, you can see him. He will protect you every moment, no matter what it costs him.
He understands everything you leave unsaid, knows your weaknesses, and knows exactly how far he can push his luck.
He can be a dragon guarding a treasure, or a gentle, harmless big brother next door. Some spirits seem powerful and unruffled on the surface, but behind the scenes, for that one special person, they will take the long way around and plan every step.
Just like Shu Yue is for Chen Chuyao.

1. Childhood sweethearts and their everyday romance, a sweet little story about a childhood friend pursuing the one he loves.
2. I've extensively revised this story. The new version isn't exactly the same as the original. You could say it's almost completely unrelated.
