Lin Anchu three years ago: If you don't work hard while you're young, you'll only ever be his little brother.
Lin Anchu three years later: I can't live with myself, so I'll just be his little brother.
Lu pursues, Lin receives. (Gentle pursuers are my one true love. I'll always love gentle pursuers.)
I saw some readers in the comments asking about Tang Yin and Shen Ce's story. (For some reason, I can't reply to comments, orz.) Since their story doesn't quite fit what I consider a "sweet romance," I won't write a story focusing on them alone. (But their relationship is sweet, and they do end up together.) They make cameo appearances in my new BG novel, "Winter's Spring," which takes place a few years later. Their story after that is covered there. If you're still interested in them, please give it a read (*^_^*). The chapters featuring Tang and Shen are mainly 7, 8, 26, 28 (briefly), and 44.
My next BL novel, "Through the Ages with Him," is coming soon. It has a medical setting and a high school setting.
Dr. Lu has a patient, Gu Yanshan, a wretched old bastard, admitted to his department after the hospital director personally put in a word. Dr. Xie has a puppy-like young patient, Jiang Pei, brought in by a high-ranking official himself.
On the first day after Gu Yanshan and Jiang Pei are admitted, they fight over the last private room, nearly drawing blood (not really). On the third day, Dr. Lu, Dr. Xie, and the others get together for a private dinner, where they happen to run into Gu Yanshan and Jiang Pei enjoying drinks together despite their generation gap.
After Gu Yanshan casually strolls past the doctors' dining area three times with a beer bottle in hand, Dr. Xie sneers: Cefalosporins and alcohol, and off you go.
Jiang Pei (whose attending physician, Dr. Xie, doesn't even register): Dr. Lu, what a coincidence?
Dr. Lu gives him a half-smile: Quite a coincidence. You were running a fever and acting like Lin Daiyu while getting an IV during the day, but smoking, drinking, eating barbecue, and clubbing at night. You've got quite the constitution, kid.
Gu Yanshan follows Dr. Xie into the restroom.
Gu Yanshan: Baby, it's been nine years since you last saw your boyfriend. Why are you still cursing yourself to a lifetime of widowhood?
Dr. Xie: Sorry, who are you?
Jiang Pei's single father finally decides to find himself a partner. Delighted, Jiang Pei goes to a family gathering with his father and future stepmother, soon to be a family of four.
His father points to his prospective partner and introduces him: This is your future stepbrother.
!!! Cefalosporins and alcohol can cause a disulfiram-like reaction, which can be fatal. Treasure your life, and don't be a bastard. (The old bastard was only carrying a beer bottle to tease his ex, after all.)
[Now updating]
Theme: Raise the rainbow flag today, too.
It looks good, it looks good, it looks good, it looks good, I want to see Tang Chen too woo woo woo
Do you want to read Tang Chen's follow-up writing☺
After finishing it, I was attracted by the deputy CP. I really want to know the story of Shen Ce and Tang Yin. Did the author write it?
The writing is actually good! I feel like some of the content wasn't explained clearly, but maybe that's what the short story is? I feel that long stories may test the rhythm more. I hope that my wife can write the article in her mind perfectly one day (๑•̀ㅂ•́)و✧
