Writing Fiction in a Wuxia World

Ye Mengli transmigrates into a world that brings together various wuxia stories. Lu Xiaofeng, Chu Liuxiang, Li Xunhuan, Yaoyue, Dongfang Bubai... Though utterly ordinary and unable to use martial arts, she still yearns for the jianghu.

So one fine morning, she runs away from home.

Story: Transmigrating as an illegitimate daughter, Ye Mengli has no shortage of food or clothing, but her father has never cared for her, and her mother has never loved her. Since she isn't a boy, her stepmother has always despised her. When Ye Mengli reaches her teens, her maid tells her she is to be married off to a spoiled young master in three months as part of a political marriage.

There are no human rights in ancient times. After her protests fail, Ye Mengli chooses to run away from home.

Not long after leaving, she discovers that someone has stolen her purse. Unable to go home and penniless, Ye Mengli despairs and jumps into a river to kill herself.

Only after Hua Manlou rescues her does she learn that this is a wuxia world, and a crossover one at that.

To avoid living at someone else's mercy, Ye Mengli picks up a pen and starts writing novels to make a living.

Then, when her novels become bestsellers, she discovers that the bigwigs of the jianghu keep coming to her to have a heart-to-heart.

And so the jianghu bigwigs all become my fans.

Note: This won't follow the original plot. Characters may go out of character at any time, so please forgive me if I mess them up.

There is a romance, one-on-one, but the pairing hasn't been decided yet.

Theme: Offering the world a wonderful story.
