City of Ash

To the edge of the world. The words on the billboard were clear through the scope. Much of the paint had peeled away, and the sign was upside down. Let the sunlight of the Main City wake you every morning. It was an advertisement for a housing development. When Lian Chuan first passed by, the billboard had already been hanging like that for who knew how long, as if to prove that being woken by the sunlight each morning was nothing but a collapsing dream. The Main City had long since run out of space and supplies for any more people. Happy ending. Updates at 7:40 p.m. Thanks to Yangyang @Qingyang Heshan for the new cover lettering, and to @Orange Green for the title calligraphy! Thanks to @4IIIITong for the cover!
