In a dim stairwell, Xia Qi sat curled up in a corner with her arms around her knees. The boy across from her furrowed his brows, and the air fell silent for a moment. After a long while, her view was suddenly blocked by fabric. The little figure was hidden beneath his coat, as though emotions she couldn't reveal had been covered up. The familiar scent of the boy reached her nose, and Xia Qi suddenly felt a tickle in her nose.
"If you want to cry, then cry," he said.
"It's okay."
"The moon can hide behind the clouds and cry, too."
