Bungo Stray Dogs: The Chatterbox Boyfriend's Rise to the Top

A budgeting app made just for you

Whether you prefer the good-boyfriend type

or the wild and uninhibited type,

there's someone you'll like.

A friend recommended a budgeting app to her.

It was supposed to be nothing but a way to track expenses,

but somehow Xia Xiaomo found herself enjoying the feeling of being in love.

Paper boyfriends are so much fun.

Meanwhile, Dazai Osamu kept getting beaten up by Nakahara Chuuya for no apparent reason.

This is the story of turning a virtual budgeting-app boyfriend into a real boyfriend.

You deserve one too.

This story was inspired by the real-life budgeting app Daodao Jizhang.

The update schedule isn't very reliable,

so be warned before jumping in.

I'm open to feedback on the writing and character portrayals.

Please don't offer plot suggestions, thank you.

The pairing is set: Nakahara Chuuya.

Theme: What does it really cost to make a dream come true?
