Su's time and life form a repeating circle. Whenever she dies along the way, she immediately wakes up one morning at the age of ten, as if it had all been a dream.
But she knows this isn't a dream. She thinks it feels like a dream that she accidentally came from her own world to this one, but every danger that comes close to piercing her heart tells her that all of this is real.
If even one person escapes, she can return to her own world and reunite with her family. So every time, she fights with all her might for those three children, working toward that goal.
“You have to, you have to stay alive!” she cries. Perhaps those inspiring words dispel the idea that she should sacrifice herself. Her heart is touched once more, and tears stream down her face as she begins to cry.
“Su, I won't let you die. Hang in there.” The gentle child holds her and makes this promise.
1. There is some mild out-of-character writing. This anime moved me so much because of these children. Good heavens, what kind of angels are they? So I decided to write this.
2. There will probably... be a couple? At twelve, does that count as puppy love? But just think how innocent and pure feelings at twelve can be! Waaah!
3. I'll gloss over the original plot wherever I can. The story in the show really is great, but if I wrote it out myself, it would definitely read like a dry summary...
4. My adorable heroine looks about eleven, but is probably fifteen on the inside. If I make her too old, I'll feel terribly guilty. She's an ordinary person who accumulates experience through death, and doesn't have the astonishingly brilliant mind of the main cast.
