Fang Yunyang ran into a guy who claimed to be a System.
The System asked him, "Hey, bro, how about we team up and pull off something big?"
Fang Yunyang thought for two seconds, then agreed without even asking what this big score was: "Quit stalling. Let's get moving!"
Don't ask. If you do, the answer is that he's a green rookie, all boldness and no hesitation.
Then Fang Yunyang learned that the world he lived in was a game called Jian Wang 3. But oddly enough, no matter how thoroughly he searched the game, he couldn't find a character like himself. Game developers, come out and talk to me. Why don't I even get a name?
System: Maybe it's because you and I left the Jian Wang 3 game world and went straight off into another world. They can't write our story?
Fang Yunyang: Makes sense. All right, I'm ready. Let's get started.
System: Great. Wait, did you look at the world we're heading to? Ah, it's already loading.
Fang Yunyang finished loading. Fang Yunyang entered the world for the first time. Fang Yunyang opened the System interface to read the current world's introduction. Fang Yunyang was struck speechless by what it said.
System: I gave you the world introduction, but you didn't read it.
Fang Yunyang: Who could've guessed you'd send me somewhere so far from home? From a game to a TV show? Even if we were crossing over into a TV show, shouldn't it at least be a wuxia set? Look at this world. Forget the power system, you've sent me overseas!
System: Hey, you'll get used to it. You'll get used to it.
After the barriers between worlds merged for unknown reasons, the superheroes were still testing one another when they suddenly discovered someone even more outrageous. What kind of hero is that? Did he wander onto the wrong set? How did someone from a martial arts world in a country so far away end up here?
At first, everyone: Huh? How can we hear his thoughts?
Later, everyone: Wait, how does he know so much?
P.S. I used the currently popular mind-reading trope. The protagonist knows a lot, but everyone else can read minds too, so that evens things out.
Theme: Hero, you can't start over in this world!
