The day before, I was happily reading this book, which was my happy spiritual food. Today, I was reading this book with great bitterness, because my menstrual period was so painful that I relied on reading the content of this book to relax my spirit. It was my spiritual food to relax. It only takes one day for the mood to go to two extremes. The menstrual period is really the enemy of women! It harms life (time can only be used to recuperate and cannot do anything) and also harms physical strength (anemia).
