Wei Juan was traveling through the human world, bored out of her mind, when she happened upon the Xuanmen Admissions Office at the Luodan Branch of Bailike. On a whim, she drew a Talisman of Misfortune Relief and won herself an admission letter.
The branch didn't have many students, but the surroundings were lovely. The only downside was that it was out in the suburbs, so ordering takeout wasn't very convenient. Other than that, a monthly cable-car pass for trips down the mountain came with a 12 percent discount.
All in all, Wei Juan was pretty satisfied. The only problem was the young heiress who shared her side of the dorm room: whenever she got mad, she liked to point her feet at Wei Juan's head while sleeping.
