A Wedding to Cure the Sickly Young Lord

Gu Zhao, the eldest son of the prefect, was gravely ill and on the brink of death. The prefect's wife found a young girl whose birth dates were compatible with his and brought her in to bring him good luck.

At first, Gu Zhao paid her no mind and said, "After I'm gone, find her another match."

Who would have guessed that after the girl, Lu Jiu, arrived, Gu Zhao's health improved day by day?

Later, just as Gu Zhao was preparing the betrothal gifts, Lu Jiu blushed and asked him, "Now that you're well again, are you going to find me a husband?"

I want to write a sweet, healing story set in ancient times. Feel free to save it if it sounds like your cup of tea.
