Those Years I Spent Writing Reports for an Alien Slacker

Imaginary setting + plot-driven + mystery + a touch of sci-fi + a touch of absurd comedy

Jiang Yuping is a sanitation worker with a disability and family responsibilities. All he wants is to provide for his family and keep them safe.

But one day, his quiet life is turned upside down. How did simply cleaning up flyers pasted where they shouldn't be turn into a life-threatening crisis, with an extraterrestrial criminal, a zombie dog, nearly biting him to death?

Fortunately, the interstellar justice organization keeps a close eye on extraterrestrial criminals and hunts them down.

Unfortunately, the alien in charge of monitoring Blue Star is a lazy couch potato.

Jiang Yuping: "What? Besides zombie dogs, the extraterrestrial criminals include hot pot seasoning and telephone poles!"

Couch Potato: "Young man, I can tell you're quick-witted and want to protect world peace. Why not come work for me?"

By the time Jiang Yuping comes to his senses, he's already writing weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on extraterrestrials...
