Xie Zhao is a lay disciple of Shanwai Temple, while Ye Zhigui is the lord of the Demon Realm.
When they first met, neither knew the other's identity. Xie Zhao rescued Ye Zhigui, who was trapped.
Ye Zhigui said, "You saved me. How about I repay you by marrying you?"
Xie Zhao replied, "Disciples of Shanwai Temple can't get married."
Later.
Xie Zhao asked, "Didn't you say you'd repay me by marrying me?"
Ye Zhigui: "The lord of the Demon Realm doesn't want a family, you know~"
Please note:
It's probably set in a cultivation world, but there won't be things like cultivation stages.
There's a lot of plain language. This hopeless author can't write dialogue with that classical flavor.
Theme: None.
Looking forward to the next plot
