No-CP, Protagonist-Focused
Fanfiction and original fiction: DC, Korean entertainment, Detective Conan, Gintama, Touken Ranbu, Haikyuu!!, Bungou Stray Dogs, other anime crossovers, history, and more. Also original fiction in genres like entertainment, mystery, infinite flow, quick transmigration, and wild imaginings, with a protagonist-focused perspective.
Together We're Silver, Apart We're Stars Across the Sky
No original protagonists, no self-insert romance. Recommendations centered on Gintoki. I read widely and keep this list for myself, often skipping around. Faithfulness to the original's feel matters most. Maybe one day I'll make a collection of my recommendations.
Gintama
Picked to suit my personal taste
Good Reads I Love
It's good. No further explanation needed.
Gintoki Sakata, Gintama
Sakata Gintoki.
Gintoki Sakata
Gintoki fanfiction: no pairing and crack pairings
Top-Centric and No-CP Stories for Top-Leaning Readers
Just my personal taste.
My Favorites
Fanfiction I recommend
Crossover Anime and Manga (Jujutsu Kaisen, Bungo Stray Dogs, Detective Conan, Hunter X Hunter, Katekyo Hitman Reborn!, Gintama)
Completed stories with over 100,000 characters.
[Gintama] Are You Also Your Husband's Dog?
No heterosexual romance, but there's all kinds of crack ships and chaotic crossover pairings. Includes unfinished novels, in case the author remembers to update! I was too generous with my ratings and got penalized. A tearjerker about people who only care about whoever's useful to them.
Free Fanfiction, No Content Warnings
Derivative works in BL, romance, and no-CP, plus some fanfiction from male-oriented fiction. Gintama, The King's Avatar, DC, Western media, Harry Potter, Naruto, Jujutsu Kaisen, Detective Conan, Genshin Impact, and wuxia crossovers.
My Favorites
Offbeat anime-inspired fanfiction
Some Fanfiction I Particularly Like
I quite like these.
I Love Gintama, and I Have No Shame (Ongoing)
Gintama fanfiction, including danmei, romance, and gen. Ships are labeled; if there’s no label, it’s gen. Recommend something to me and I’ll owe you one.
Chaotic Crossover Pairings
Cross-world crack ships or rare pairs??
Related to Gintoki Sakata
Silver-centered, with Silver as the bottom. No self-insert romance. Since this is a collection, there are quite a few older and abandoned fics.

Wu Yin Wu Book List, With Explicit Pairings
A crack ship pairing Gojo Satoru and Gintoki. If this bothers you, steer clear. It's a rare, niche pairing. If you can't accept it, please skip it and don't start a fight.
2024: Ongoing, Completed, and Older Reads
I’m caught up to the latest chapters, along with a few older completed stories. This is more or less my reading list from the past few months. Who knows how the ongoing ones will turn out, so for now they get three stars.
Protagonist Fan: From Anime, Sakata Gintoki
My favorite, Sakata Gintoki

Teacher, even if you turn into poop, I will turn into a shit beetle and push you [shy]
Thank you for the article, teacher. I really feel like it is a Gintama Gaiden. The funny and tender Gintama is my forever favorite!
I keep drawing and drawing... (Looking at the sky) It's a shame not to include rainbow farts. Don't underestimate the bond between readers and you! In this case, let's use some old 24-year-old bad jokes - it's too good not to be a side story, we are hopeless! (Stop)
Thank you to the author for giving us a super perfect ending
My God, the orangutan, the god of jumps... Will I really see the published version of my treasured text in my lifetime? I must buy it when it is released. I will buy it at the end of the month. I will buy it too.
The reason for repainting has been found! This time I'm going to take my time and take my time with my fifty years of complaining skills.
I'll paint it again when I have time to draw some illustrations during the winter vacation!
Surprisingly, I can see the update of this article that has been on my favorites list for a long time. . .
