The historical books recording the past events of the Emperor of Heaven are lost. Two young historians came to the East China Sea Purgatory to listen to Dragon King Ao Guang's account of the past events of the Emperor Haotian:
A trial to become the Emperor of Heaven brings the Dragon King and the Emperor of Heaven together.
