Who Doesn't Want to Debut, Huh?

Pairing upfront: main dancer x main dancer, dual dance-line leads / puppy-like younger man x handsome older brother, six-year age gap, one-on-one, explicit.

At twenty-four, “old” and not a seeded contestant, Jin Chi knew he was destined to be a mere supporting player in this debut competition. His best friend, on the other hand, was born for the stage, heavily promoted by the company, and all but guaranteed to debut.

But a villain meddled. His best friend gave his heart to the wrong person, and in the end, they both went home together and died in a car accident.

Reborn, Jin Chi resolved to watch out for villains no matter what and help his best friend debut.

But he almost forgot that besides his best friend and the “traitor,” there was also the young man whose heart he had broken in the program.

Also known as: What a Coincidence, Are You Just Here to Support Someone Too?

It's a story about three “support players,” reborn, joining hands to debut: the protagonist, his boyfriend, and his best friend.

There aren't many golden fingers here. In this story, if you have talent, a dream, and the willingness to work hard, you can debut.

*Rebirth, ensemble cast with multiple couples, competition storyline.

*Original competition format, with some inspiration from past talent shows.

Some common events and trends from the entertainment industry will appear, but no characters are based on real people. Please don't make assumptions.

Side couples:

Steady, dependable, road-rage-faced professional dancer x carefree, unruly troublemaker

Heaven's favorite, stunning main vocalist x overlooked nobody who makes a dazzling comeback as a rapper

The other pairings aren't listed to avoid spoilers.
