The Lucky Farmhouse Girl

Maybe too many people shared those koi-fish pictures. Su Li was born with a koi-shaped birthmark in a small fishing village by the Yellow River. The Su family members were strong-willed and kindhearted, but their fate was a little unlucky. Su Li's father was exceptionally gifted, but he failed every imperial exam. Her eldest uncle was a skilled hunter, but whenever he went up the mountain, pheasants would flee, rabbits would race back to their burrows, and even the silly muntjacs would run off as fast as they could. Her second uncle was a master angler. He could catch fish every time he fished for other people, but when fishing for his own family, he never caught a single one weighing more than two taels. And then there was Su Li's little cousin. She had ambitions as high as the sky and a fate as fragile as paper. She spent all day hoping to become beautiful, only to develop spots on her face and a weak constitution that left her panting after just a few steps. What a headache this family gave Su Li! Thankfully, Heaven had eyes. The koi luck came with Su Li when she transmigrated, and the Su family's streak of bad luck changed, too! Theme:
