What a Scandal [Entertainment Industry]

Xu Yan is a top-tier star in the entertainment industry, a cool and beautiful superstar. Ji Yanting is the reserved, well-mannered richest man in the capital, a celibate Buddhist devotee. A year ago, the marriage alliance between the Xu and Ji families sent shockwaves through and beyond the industry, and the stunning couple Yan Xiao Yan Yan burst onto the scene. In the fanfiction written by their shippers, Yan Xiao Yan Yan are passionately in love, living in blissful romance every day. Only Xu Yan knows that their year of marriage has been like following a program. Their hugs, kisses, and sex all have strict rules and allotted frequencies. Aloofness meets celibacy, and not a single spark flies. The celibate Buddhist devotee feels no stirrings of love, so Xu Yan can only sigh and indulge in fantasies while reading fanfiction. An accident leaves Xu Yan's memories jumbled, and he mistakes the fanfiction for reality. In his memories, he and Ji Yanting are an uninhibited, affectionate couple. So he devotes himself to bringing the fanfiction to life in every situation. Ji Yanting: This is utterly improper. Ji Yanting: Just this once. Ji Yanting: Now you know what you're missing. Ji Yanting: Open the fanfiction and study it carefully. Not long afterward, Xu Yan's memories return. Recalling all the ridiculous things he did, he dies of embarrassment and runs away. Ji Yanting catches him and carries him into a golden cage he had painstakingly prepared. The once-celibate Buddhist devotee chains himself inside the cage, waiting for Xu Yan to favor him. "Master, you may do as you please with me tonight." Xu Yan: !!! Who could possibly resist that? Theme: Keep hope in your heart and strive to live well.
