My Days as Yokohama's Guardian Deity

Poltz's third story, "Days as a History Retracer in Honmaru [Crossover]", is now available to follow. You can find it under "Currently Writing" on my profile. A rumor circulates on the black market: The Port Mafia has the power to change the world. Its guardian is vicious and ruthless, three meters tall, with six arms, a green face, and fangs. No one can so much as scratch him. He's the world's number one ability user! Hearing this rumor, the Port Mafia boss looks at the "strongest ability user" in a tank top and shorts, barely five feet tall, who spends every day in the sea catching jellyfish and starfish, and lets out a deep sigh. Boss: Poltz, it's time to fight. Poltz: Get lost! # Poltz turned from stone into a human. He thought humans would be incredibly strong, but he never expected them to be pathetically weak. One poke went right through them, one hit killed them. They were so weak it made him question his whole existence. So Poltz, who used to be a battle maniac, was forced to take up a second hobby besides fighting. Catching jellyfish! #Not going to fight, no way# #You can't even beat a jellyfish, and you want to fight me???# #Fine, let's fight. There's a group of loners up ahead!# This story will become a paid series on June 2, 2020. A three-chapter, 10,000-word update will be released that day. Please subscribe! Anti-piracy threshold: 70%, 10 days. #Reader's Guide# A short story written for my own enjoyment, no more than 200,000 words, with some old favorites mixed in. IF route, with all kinds of major changes to the canon. The protagonist is at the absolute peak of combat strength. Completed and ready to binge, my old 600,000-word story: "Medicine Can't Save the Demon Slayer Corps" Poltz's third story: "Days as a History Retracer in Honmaru [Crossover]" Synopsis: Poltz is a gemstone person from tens of thousands of years in the future. He's tasked with changing history, but he transmigrates to the wrong timeline and, by a twist of fate, becomes a Saniwa of the Time Government. The good news: The Time Government has the technology to travel through time. The bad news: The Time Government's job is to keep history from changing. He should be working for the Retrograde Army. Since ordinary tsukumogami can't help him, the corrupted ones should be able to. . So Poltz volunteers to take over a corrupted Honmaru that has seen six Saniwa die. Faced with corrupted tsukumogami charging at him with swords, Poltz keeps it brief: "My mission is to change history!" The tsukumogami: ??? #We're corrupted, but we don't want to join the Retrograde Army!# Stupid Time Government, why did you let the enemy in??? . A post quietly rises to the top of the Saniwa forum. [Topic: Have you heard? A member of the Retrograde Army infiltrated the Saniwa and changed the history of two worlds!] Saniwa rush in from all over and leave passionate comments. [The Time Government is useless. How did they not catch this?!] [If history has changed, will we disappear?] [Disgusting. Why would a traitor like this exist among humans?!] [One person can't change the past. Relax.] But gradually, everyone realizes something is wrong. [Help, it looks like the Retrograde Army is shrinking. Is that true?] [Who said that Saniwa was with the Retrograde Army? He's a savior!] [If not for this colleague, the world would have been destroyed ten thousand times over!] [How did he fight the will of the world all by himself?] . What Poltz changed was the future in which humanity was destined to perish. Please note before reading: 1. The protagonist is one of the characters from "Land of the Lustrous." He's a gemstone and only has a human form, so he has no gender. But in the original work, the characters call him "big brother" or "little brother," so I'll use "he." 2. The protagonist has no gender, so wearing men's clothes, women's clothes, or very short shorts, and having long hair are all perfectly normal! Theme:
