What Kind of Monster Am I, Anyway?

Synopsis: Xie Xiaobai is just like his name suggests: a little white and innocent. He's naive and easy to fool. Apart from his mouth, there's hardly a thing about him that isn't completely transparent. One day, this little white gets lured into an entertainment company. Xie Xiaobai: "Brother Nan, I hope your new movie is a huge hit!" The new film, funded with hundreds of millions and featuring a star-studded cast, flops. Xie Xiaobai: "This one's a sure thing!" The cast members suffer one freak accident after another, faster than the deaths in Final Destination. Xie Xiaobai: "I checked the almanac last night. Today is the perfect day to travel!" A sudden downpour leaves everyone on the variety show sleep-deprived and on edge. Xie Xiaobai: "I think..." Everyone: "Shut up!" Xie Xiaobai: So unfair. The internet rumor goes: Bet against Xiaobai, and you'll be guaranteed a seaside villa. Plenty of netizens even share their thoughts: There are plenty of people who jinx things, so why are you, Xie Xiaobai, so unbelievably good at it every time? You can't possibly be some kind of monster, can you? Hearing this, Xie Xiaobai starts flipping through the Classic of Mountains and Seas, searching by the illustrations to figure out what kind of monster he is.
